ProspekONE (the "Service", "we") is an AI Sales CRM application provided by PT Nagasakti Tujuh Media (YC Media), NIB 1712210038689, located at Komplek Apartment Gateway Cicadas, Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 669 EB LG1-9, Kel. Cicadas, Kec. Cibeunying Kidul, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40195, Indonesia ("YC Media", "we", "us"). The Service helps users ("you", "user") manage sales conversations across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Email), sales pipelines, and AI-powered follow-up automation.
By signing up for, accessing, or using ProspekONE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you sign up on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email, password, login sessions) confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to suspend any account that provides false information or violates these terms.
You agree not to use ProspekONE to:
Violations of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice, particularly where the violation puts our integrations with WhatsApp/Meta/TikTok at risk of being blocked.
All data you enter into ProspekONE — including contact data, customer conversations, and pipeline materials — remains yours. We process it solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Each workspace is technically isolated from other workspaces (row-level security in the database); you are responsible for the validity and lawfulness of the data you upload to the Service, including ensuring that you have a valid legal basis to process your own customers' and prospects' data.
ProspekONE offers a Free plan with a 90-day trial period that requires no credit card, as well as paid plans (Pro, Platinum, Team) billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateway providers (Xendit for Rupiah, PayPal for international currencies). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees for the plan you select. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Each plan has different limits on the number of contacts, channels, seats, and AI features, as shown on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to restrict access to features if you exceed the limits of your current plan, and we will notify you in the app before any restriction is applied.
We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time to improve the product. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting us — see our Data Deletion Instructions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including without prior notice in the case of serious violations (e.g., abuse that endangers other users or third-party platform integrations).
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the Service, unless such losses result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. This provision does not limit any consumer rights that are protected by applicable Indonesian law and cannot be waived.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that arises will first be resolved through amicable deliberation (musyawarah); if no agreement is reached, it will be settled through the Bandung District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Bandung).
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means that you accept the updated terms.
