ProspekONE is provided by PT Nagasakti Tujuh Media (YC Media), NIB 1712210038689, located at Komplek Apartment Gateway Cicadas, Jl. Ahmad Yani No. 669 EB LG1-9, Kel. Cicadas, Kec. Cibeunying Kidul, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat 40195, Indonesia ("we", "YC Media"). When you use ProspekONE as a business owner or sales team, you are the data controller for the contact and prospect data you upload and manage. We act as a data processor that stores and processes that data solely to operate the Service on your instructions — for example, classifying chats, scheduling follow-ups, or sending automated messages that you configure.
Name, email, phone number (optional), password (hashed), profile photo, workspace/business name, and user role within the team.
Contact and prospect data that you upload or receive (name, WhatsApp number, IG/FB/TikTok username, email), along with the content of conversations received through the channel integrations you connect. You own and control this data — we process it on your instructions.
In-app activity logs, pipeline performance metrics, and product analytics data (pages viewed, features used) for support and product improvement purposes.
Payments are processed directly by third-party payment gateway providers (Xendit, PayPal) — we do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data on our servers.
When you visit this site or sign up through an ad link, we and our advertising partners (Meta/Facebook, Google) may store first-party cookies to link your visit to the sign-up process (ad attribution) and measure campaign performance through Meta Pixel and Google Analytics/Ads, where enabled by us.
We share data only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:

Each workspace is technically isolated from other workspaces through row-level security at the database level — one business cannot access another business's data. Sensitive credentials (API keys, integration secrets) are stored encrypted. Platform admin access requires multi-factor authentication. That said, no system is 100% risk-free — you remain responsible for keeping your own account credentials confidential.
We retain data for as long as your account is active and the data is needed to operate the Service. Some operational data is purged automatically on a schedule — for example, location data and API logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days, and AI prompt content is automatically redacted after 90 days. When a workspace is deleted, its channel connections are disconnected immediately and the related data is permanently deleted 30 days later — see our Data Deletion Instructions for details and how to submit a request.

ProspekONE is a B2B service intended for businesses and adult sales teams. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age that applicable law sets as the age of legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or an in-app notification.
